I suppose it has come to the time where this module has finished. What a shame i was just getting into it, LOL! i must say i have found this module very hard but most of all the most FRUSTRATING! Although i have not managed to successfully achieve some of the tasks i feel that this module has given me greater understanding of creating a blog (after all this is the first one i have made), using the web to access information and create my own little space for users to access all over the world. I actually come up on google! how cool! although i am not totally happy with my blog and know i could have done better, i do feel a sense of achievement. The module has overall expanded my knowledge of the web and im sure that in my future career these learning curves may become useful. Using FilleZilla was another hurdle for me to overcome as i have never used this programme and would have felt more confortable using dreamweaver, however i stuck with it and (kind of) pulled through.

I hope everyone all the best for the future and i hope you in some weird way have enjoyed exploring my blog.

A big thanks to Mez Packer (Lecturer) for all her help and support with helping me construct this blog. (Your a star!)

I just uploaded the changes i made to the style sheet using css. These can be viewed by looking in the css changes page on the top of the toolbar. However as you can see i stuck with the original, well nearly original, bar the text colours ect being changed, because i like the fresh look that this theme gives.

Both My Essay are now on my blog! to view them just go to Essay 1 page or Essay 2 page. May go back and add some material later tonight but for now i must spend some time making my blog better.

These essays are alot harder than i thought they would be! there taking alot longer than i thought too!!

Wat a twat! ignore the last post because i didn’t create a google map i basically just got the code for an image, lol!

thought it was a bit too good to be true lol

i should be blonde

I managed to create two google maps! here is a bit of a guide to how i did it:

  1. go onto google and go to maps which is in the corner
  2. once in google maps type in a place which you want your map to be on
  3. once got a map you want go to links to this page
  4. copy the code
  5. put the code in either a sidebar widget or as a post as i have done

remember if you put the code in a post, remember to change it from visual to code!
